and buyer has to bear the repairing or
damage charges for the same.
2) Delivery period is quoted earliest possible in good faith. But it is subject
to Force Majeure Clause. When circumstances are
beyond our control, delivery may be delayed up to unexpected period.
Machine Order:
1) We timely update the machine for better customer experience. Latest
machine model may slightly differ
from shown one. Please confirm with the sales team before placing order.
Warranty: 1) Only motor is under 1 year warranty. Any other parts than motor are out
of warranty. In case of motor, customer
has to pay "To & Fro" transport to send their motor to Akshar Pulverizer
Industries , Ahmedabad. Company will only repair the motor
free of charge during the warranty period.
Material (MOC):
1) Materials like SS202, MS, Aluminium, SS304, Copper or combination of
them are typically used in machines.
2) Any alteration required in the material of the machine to be confirmed
in written before placing of an order. Any possible
changes will be on chargeable basis.
Quality :
1) Goods sold cannot be taken back.
2) Customer can visit to check the machine physically befire dispatching of
the same from the premise. Customer has no right
to reject or return any parts after dispatch of consignment.
Installation :
1) Installation & Commissioning charges extra.
2) Visit required for installation & commissioning to be conveyed before
placing the order.
3) Standard 3500 GST per day per person excluding food and travel cost to
be applied. Food and Travel to be arranged by
customer in advance or to be paid at the time of visit itself.
4) Service person will provide technical guidance for installation and
commission of the plant during the visit.Any fabrication
cost arising at the site to be provided by the customer. Required skilled
and unskilled labours to be arranged and paid by the
customer.
5) Electrical connection and wiring is in customer's scope.
Service:
1) Product support will be "on call". Person will not come to visit
customer's place for service.
2) We follow "First Come, First Serve" method in on call support.
Legal:
1) Any disputes will be subjected to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
